Business Premium recommended
Where possible, we recommend Business Premium as the minimum because it includes stronger security and management features.
Business Standard where suitable
Business Standard can still be used where appropriate, with security bolt-ons added where needed.
Monthly licence control
Licences can be added, removed or switched more easily, helping keep spend aligned with real usage.
Non-profit licensing support
For eligible non-profits, ECS can help set up access to subsidised Microsoft licensing.

Is Business Premium always required?
Business Premium is our recommended minimum where possible because of the security and management features included. Where Business Standard is more suitable, we can advise on extra security controls.
